1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and Clickdee LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite #5803, Cheyenne, WY 82001, which operates Orabby. By creating an account or using Orabby you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. The service
Orabby helps you plan Google Search campaigns, launch them in a Google Ads account you control, and view their spend and results. Features may change over time.
3. Your account
- You give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
- You tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.
4. Your Google Ads account
- You must be authorised to connect the Google Ads accounts you choose.
- You approve what Orabby creates in them by launching a campaign. You remain responsible for your campaigns, your budgets and your ad spend.
- Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
- You can revoke Orabby's access at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or promote anything that breaks Google's advertising policies;
- try to access another organisation's data, or interfere with the service or its security;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
6. Suggestions and drafts
Keywords, ad text and other suggestions are drafts. You review them, and you are responsible for what you launch. We do not promise any particular result from a campaign.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and Google user data.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Orabby available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or stop parts of it, and will give notice of changes that matter to you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Orabby and close your organisation at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Campaigns already launched keep running in Google Ads unless you change them there.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Orabby is provided as is, and Clickdee LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or ad spend you choose to commit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, with the courts located in Wyoming.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you before they apply.
