How we protect it
Access you approve, data we keep apart
This page is a short version of the Privacy Policy, which is the full statement.
You approve every connection
You connect a Google Ads account by approving access on a Google consent screen. Orabby asks for one permission, the Google Ads scope, and you choose which accounts it may use.
Your access token is encrypted
Your Google token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, bound to your organisation, so it cannot be used for another organisation. It is never sent to your browser and never written to logs.
Organisations stay separate
Each organisation's data is separated, and one organisation cannot see another's. Connections use HTTPS, and only organisation administrators can connect or disconnect Google Ads.
Created paused, only what you launch
A campaign is created paused unless you choose to go live. Orabby does not otherwise change campaigns, bids or budgets, and it never edits or removes a campaign you did not launch from Orabby.
Your data is not for sale
We do not sell personal data. Google user data is not used for advertising, or to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
A quiet website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Its fonts are served from the site itself.
Remove access
Take the access away whenever you like
Either of these stops Orabby reaching your Google Ads account.
In Orabby
An organisation administrator opens the Google Ads connection and chooses Disconnect. We revoke the token with Google, delete the stored token and stop using the connected accounts.
In your Google Account
Open myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Orabby and select Remove access.
Deleting your data
An organisation administrator can request that the organisation be closed, or you can email privacy@orabby.com. After an organisation is closed we keep its data for 90 days and then delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
Google user data
Limited Use, in one line
Orabby's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the details in the Google user data section of the Privacy Policy.
Build with a plan, in your own account
Request access to Orabby.
Access is switched on for your account once we have approved it.
